Answer the inbound calls and reserve airline tickets through the reservation system. Handle all customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Control and follow up on all communication channels. Analyze customer complaints with a focus on complaint reduction. Provide reports on customer feedback/complaints reports to Sales Team Leader or Management. Ensure constant engagement & a strong relationship with customers. Ensure that all complaints are received and handled efficiently in a way that exceeds our customers’ expectations.
English Language: V. Good. 1-2 years of experience preferably in the Aviation industry. Experience required in any reservation system. Perfect communication skills. Customer and details Oriented. Amadeus or any previous reservation system is a plus.
